CONVERSION is Avent Productions first television broadcast production. Co-produced with the help of Hanrahan Media , CONVERSION was commissioned by Discovery Home and Leisure and is presently being transmitted on their network.

CONVERSION - One house, four homes.

" CONVERSION " is a 10 part series that documents the total renovation of a 19 th century Victorian house in the city of Liverpool into the creation of 4 separate modern apartments. Each individual apartment has been designed to a different theme inspired by Industry, Music/Art, Maritime or The Future in a reference the city's prestigious award of "European Capital of Culture 2008".

The show is presented by television interior designer Gordon Whistance and television builder Craig Phillips who take us through the whole journey together.

Gordon takes time to search out his influences that will help him create the luxury designs while Craig and his team of builders demonstrate the whole building conversion process of creating 4 separate dwellings from one huge house. From plans to completion the series follows the whole progression of making Gordon's design ideas, into Craig's construction reality.
